For mechanical pretreatment of waste/rain water, removes all particles larger than chosen interspace between grid’s bars sunk into the water, installed in channels. For mechanical pretreatment of waste/rain water, removes all particles larger than chosen span between screen's bars immersed into the water, installation in channels.
- Device is installed into channel and heavily reinforced at the bottom and at the channel sides. Bottom part of device, immersed in the channel, consists of grid bars with specific span, and several chains. In order to aim water flow, on the front side of the immersed part, rubber aimers are installed.
- On the upper part of device, on the drive axis, there are sprockets equiped with electric drive with reductor. On the rear part there is output bonnet through which the collected material comes out and falls into the waste container or spiral transporter with press machine
- Sprockets are, using rotation, running chains on which one or more combs are articulary placed. On the upper trajectory, comb together with chains travels along the screen and lifts accumulated solid material to comb cleaner placed at the top of device. Scraper pulls down the collected material from the comb, and lets it out through the outfall. After comb cycle is finished, comb is stopped in the starting position till the next automatic start.

Application:
- For mechanical pretreatment of waste/rain water, removes all particles larger than chosen span between screen's bars on the drum.
- Device is multifunctional: collects, transports and squeezes water form the waste in the pressing zone.
- On the internal side of the static drum waste water flow brings large waste that is maintained on the drum's bar. Rotation comb lifts up collected material and throws it into trough, causing material to fall on the opened lower part of the spiral. After that, the waste is, using spiral rotation, transported to the pressing zone, where it is being pressed and squeezed. After this process, waste is through the outfall discharged into the container.
- Clean water is brought on the pressing zone, cleaning the sludge that has remained from the pressing process. Cleaned sludge is drained to the channel using pipes.

Application:
- For transporting and pressing-squeezing different kinds of solid and wet waste material
- It is installed on the outlet of the devices which separates solid material (for example, on the coarse screen outlet)
- Device consists of two main parts, collection and material transport zone, and squeezing-pressing zone. Material transport is conducted using shaftless screw driven by appropriate electro drive with reductor.
- By rotating the spiral, material is translated and pressed into the pressing zone, where the water is being squeezed using perforated sieve. At the end of the zone, there is angle shaft with the weights, used to regulate degree of pressing-squeezing.
- Outside the sieve rinsing is conducted in the pressing zone, using water nozzles. Rinsed sludge is taken to the lower starting part of the trough and discharged through the outlet.
- At the exit of pressing zone there is usually waste container used to collect solid pressed material.

Application:
- Coarse manual screen consists of bars placed in the open channel. Placed that way, screen represents obstacle to all floating solid waste that remains on the screen. Collected material is manually removed using rakes.
- This kind of device is suited for waste water treatment systems, for applying into bypass channels or into channels in front of device where large waste material can cause device malfunctioning.
- Screen bars, with specific light span between bars, are aslope placed into channel with the bottom end on the basic slab on the channel bottom, and with upper end on the waste container board. On to the immersed screen, waste water flow brings solid material. The waste remains on the front part of the screen if it is larger than light span between bars.
- After the bar collects enough waste material, operator using rakes pulls the material to the screen top and throws it into container placed at the top of channel. Container has perforated bottom for material squeezing. Container discharge is conducted by operator, and it is usually discharged into communal container.
