LIGHT SPAN BETWEEN DRUM BARS
|
1 - 6 mm
|
Application:
- For mechanical pretreatment of waste/rain water, removes all particles larger than chosen span between screen's bars on the drum.
- Device is multifunctional: collects, transports and squeezes water form the waste in the pressing zone.
- On the internal side of the rotating drum waste water flow brings large waste which remains on the drum bars, on its internal side. By rotating, drum lifts waste on its upper side.
- On the upper side, just behind the drum, there is a spray lath with nozzles. Spray lath is connected to water supply using electromagnetic valve. Water flow from nozzles takes off the collected waste material and throws it towards the drum center, to open trough placed on the lower part of the spiral.
- Spiral transports water to the pressing-squeezing zone, where, after the water is separated, waste is being removed from the device, usually discharged to the communal container for solid waste.
- On the pressing zone clean water is introduced using electromagnetic valve which rinses the sludge made when material is being pressed. Rinsed sludge is sluiced trough pipe and returned back to the inlet of the sieve.

TROUGHT-SIEVE PERFORATION SIZE |

Application:
- For mechanical pretreatment of waste/rain water, removes all particles larger than chosen perforation (span between bars) trough-sieve device.
Options:
- Depending on the installation angle, we can differentiate::
- Aslope construction – usual installation angle 30-40°
- Vertical construction – installation angle 90°
Work principle:
- Waste water flow brings waste material on to the sieve. Material remains on the sieve if its size is larger then the light holes on the sieve. Spiral rotation transports waste upwards to the squeezing-pressing zone where, after water is separated, it is being discharged from the device, usually to the communal container for solid waste.
- Clean water that rinses the sludge made when material is being pressed is brought to the pressing zone. Rinsed sludge is moved through the pipe and sluiced back to the channel. Also, clean water over the nozzles is used to wash lower part of the spiral with sieve in the channel.
